What We Offer

Equine Assisted Services For Police, Military and First Responders

Serving those who serve us

We provide a private, confidential space for men and women in law enforcement, EMS, and the military to gather together and work with our horses. We support our men and women in blue, military and EMS and will work with you to provide a customized program.

In the following picture, Mike Sprague our horse dentist needs no drugs for our horses as he is a true horse whisperer. Mike is a Marine veteran who was injured in combat. We will always serve those who serve and protect us.

Contact Jules for more information.

Girls Group

Cultivating a Safe Space For

Girls

One of our scholarship funded programs is our Girls' Group which is run by Reesa and three other Godly young women who have a heart for serving young people and animals. We currently have two Girls' Groups, one serving girls ages 6-11, and another serving girls 12-18. Girls' Group includes Equine Assisted Services, wilderness activities, team building exercises, group sharing, writing, and much more. Girls' Group is held both outside and in our barn loft, a super cozy space with a wood stove. Each session start's out with a prayer, a quick check-in from each girl, an activity and finally a longer check-in and tea by the fire. Each girl is given a journal to record her experiences and for creative writing exercises. The aim of this group is to allow girls an opportunity to find discipleship, empowerment, creativity, nature, horses and mutual support in this world of uncertainty. This program is free of charge, but we do appreciate any donations from those who are able.

Serving Youth

Serving The Next Generation

Hearts in Hand Horsemanship, LLC offers flexible programs designed to introduce youth to horses, teaching them the basics of animal care, and allowing them to learn more about the horse as a species, in its natural environment. Youth who are in crises are naturally drawn to horses, while youth who are "horse crazy" can decide if they really are destined to be a horse owner someday. While learning about the horse, there's also a chance to discuss our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, who returns to this earth triumphantly on His white horse.

Mounted Archery

Combining Traditional Archery and Horseback Riding

Mounted archery is exciting, combining horsemanship, balance and archery. We supply all equipment and can help you train your horses. Stay tuned for mounted archery clinics here at Hearts in Hand Horsemanship with Zoey and Pepper.  Jules has her bow hunting permit and believes in safety first at all times.

Check out what we can do here on our farm. We are setting up our woods trails now for spring clinics: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R_658CapxzE
