Internships at Hearts in Hand Horsemanship, LLC

On a case by case basis, we accept longterm interns in all seasons who want to learn how train and trim horses using “Occupational Liberty,””Natural Horsemanship” and learn Homestead Farming (spring/summer/fall). We have hosted over 50 people here both through www.permies.com, wwoofusa, and through Facebook Homesteading groups. We no longer host through wwoofusa, and rely primarily on word of mouth, friends of friends, and Facebook.
Please see me on Facebook, Jules Horsewalker.
If you are someone looking for a solid foundation in training horses naturally, and small scale farming, please send us a note. We are a Similar Ministry of Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch, and as such, are adopting their process for new interns.

Please keep in mind that we may or may not have space available for you on our farm during your internship here. Please see this link to learn more about what Interning means to us, and what your potential days may look like. We allow for less hours spent on our farm (20 hours per week are all that we require), with horse time being outside of those 20 hours.
After reviewing Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch Internship link, please send me an email with your particular interest and I’ll send you an application. heartsinhands@gmail.com
Crystal Peaks Youth Ranch has an application process for local volunteers that we are adopting. You can see it here: https://crystalpeaksyouthranch.org/wp-content/uploads/Local-Volunteer-Application-2018.pdf
